So glad we found CCM

We used to get through so many vacuum cleaners, I dread to think how much we spent before trying CCM for a repair one day. Now all of our machines are looked after by CCM we get very few breakdowns, and when we do they are promptly repaired for a fraction of the replacement cost. The staff are always helpful and very friendly too.

It's as easy as 1,2,3...

  1. Drop in your faulty machine to our workshops, or arrange a FREE local collection (within 5 miles of S18 4AB). We will take a few details and a £10 inspection charge (deductable from any work completed).
  2. Our engineers will provide a full quotation for repair, usually within 2 -3 working days. They will also let you know of any lead times if necessary. You make a decision and let us know if you would like your machine repairing or not.
  3. Your machine is repaired if quotation accepted and we will let you know as soon as it is ready for collection or delivery.
