Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition as when you received it
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will send you full return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Deductions

If your return is not due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item), the following fees will apply:

• A 20% processing/restocking fee
• Our original postage costs

These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Example:
If you return an item worth £100, your refund will be £80 minus any delivery cost.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Note: We are unable to process claims for damaged or incorrect items after 3 days from delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

• Used or opened items
• Items not in original packaging
• Custom or special order items (unless faulty)
• Returns requested after 30 days
• Sale items or gift cards

Please only return items once your request has been approved and you’ve received return instructions from us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn or unused, with tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
